Moody Spanish in the Hills

Using the Spanish roof as a starting point, Jessie imbued this home with a much-needed identity. She injected architectural interest into the space with the addition of arches, niches, and beams. Steel doors throughout and a casement window in the kitchen ground the home, while a palate of saturated colors add warmth and interest. A complete overhaul of the outdoor area included a fountain and firepit imported from Morocco. Zellige tiles make appearances in the outdoor area as well as the bathrooms to contribute to the modern Mediterranean aesthetic.
